Benevolence Pond

Falling night, Storm wanderers from the den and to the pond... The huge female rests by the river, lapping up the cool fresh water. She stares into the pool with here golden eyes glimmering, a fish then splashes and the chase is on... She bolts around the area then with a snap of her jaws it is gone, as she bites bit by bit she hears a loud bark coming back from the den. Storm then slowly makes her way back, once again finding herself retracing her steps. The bark stops half way but she walks on as it is getting dark and the pack should be there soon to rest for the next day...

When she arrive... still with a far bit of leftovers on her face... Storm stretches out and yawned baring huge, white, blood stained canines from battle and hunting. She licked around her mouth cleaning off the blood and other leftovers from her muzzle. The large female then curls up, yawns again, then falls into a DEEP sleep...

The large female, covered in scars, sleeps peacefully till'... KAKAR KAKAR! A bird comes swooping by... Storm growls loudly at the jet black bird that just woke her, she shakes her head and heads back to the den to, hopefully get some peace and quiet still growling under her breath RUDE! Just Rude.

-To The Den Site

She sighs as she reaches the pond where she enjoys the peace of the pool. Much, much better! Storm says as she lays down in her little spot by the pond watching the fish splash in the pool. She smiles resting for today's hunt, maybe someone will with me and get a large deer instead of a bison calf... she growls in a high pitch, almost like a yelp. She laps up some cool water and rests by the tree near the pond.

Serenity reaches the pond silently as she set her gaze on Storm. She walked closer, "Storm, are you alright now?" she asked and laid down next to the pond as well. Her voice was calm and smooth, but you could tell she was worried or upset if you listened to her tone well enough.

Her head raises fast, Storm was surprised by Serenity that she would come. Oh, i'm fine she said, Just getting a bit of rest before the next hunt she added. She laps up some water, her ears perks at rustling in the shadows... The female growled a bit, then stopped thinking it will just make things worse. Storm shakes off some dirt, grooms her tail (which was mattered up from laying down) and still not sure to go hunting or stay here, she flicks her tail thinking... She decides to get more rest before dark, which is when she will hunt again...

Kapu perked his ears and raised his head as he heard someone speak of a hunt. At the moment his stomach also grumbled. He stood up and decided to go ahead and apologize now so he could also go ahead and hunt. He flicked his tail and slowly padded forward to where he was standing behind Storm and Serenity. "Sorry for earlier," he mumbled shifting his paws.

Serenity nodded at Storm's response and smiled slightly. She then heard a familiar voice behind her, making her tilt her head to the side to confirm who it was. Kapu. She stepped back so they could talk and fix things. Well, that's at least what she hoped for.

Her ears perk at Kapu, It's okay, i'm just a little... ah... territorial, Storm said with a goofy smile. Her eyes open up hearing his stomach growl, Are you hungry? she says in a calm voice. She gets up stretching out, and yawning silently.

Serenity smiled gently seeing that they were doing well now. She slowly backed off and turned around, heading back to the den.

Kapu nodded, "Ya im hungry, I was just about to go hunting," he responded and took a step back as she stood up and yawned. He caught her yawn and yawned as well, his eyes suddenly tired though his stomach was hungier. He shook his head again. "Ok...I guess im going to go hunt then." he woofed and padded off aways though he still stood near the pond as he thought about what he wanted to eat. Suddenly he jerked his head up to Serenity. "Oh is the pack hungry?" he enquiered, debating if he should go after a larger animal or just catch a fish or something though he realized the alpha was walking off. He shook his head and decided that he wanted to get something for the pack as well. "Do you want to help me catch somethin for the pack?" he asked, seeing that she looked like a good slayer though he didnt know for sure.

Sure she barked, Lately i have been going on my own and bag a few calfs for the pack she added. I've herd a red deer herd moved back into Paranoia She said turning her head and flicking her tail... She did i bit of a giggle under her breath at him yawning...

"Ok," [color=cyan]he nodded, "Is that what you want to hunt then?" he asked as he watched her, not seeing her giggle at him.

Well a cow is big enough to feed a pack isn't it? Storm says flicking her tail and pointing her ears to the sky. She licked her mouth just thinking of it, almost drooling. She shakes her head snapping out of it, she tilted her head waiting for the answer...

"Ya im pretty sure," he barked in response and glanced around, scenting the air to see if he could track a cow in the wind. He flicked his ears and looked back to Storm

Storm takes a deep sniff and picks up a faint scent, the breeze wasn't helping for it was blowing the other way, making it harder to pick up the scent. The large female gets a good idea of how many deer are in the herd, her ear twitches as she tries to pick up a injured animal, she smirks once she smells one with a infected foot. Running not at full speed but just fast enough to catch up with the herd near Paranoia Woods...

Mikol trotted up towards the pond. He let his tongue flop out of his mouth as he panted, trying to cool himself down. He sniffed the air looking for Nesoi's scent and then flicked his head in her direction. He ran up towards her and pounced on her, chuckling and and saying, "Tag! Tag! Tag!!"

Mikol chuckled and watched Nesoi run off in the other direction around the pond. He jumped to his feet and ran after her. His pace was good and he began to catch up with her quite quickly. He is good at chasing down a target, which is why he is good at hunting.

Mikol ran after her until he could just touch her tail with his nose. He began to pant harder and lick his nose and mouth before he sprinted up next to Nesoi and tagged her on her back. He quickly pulled to a stop and began panting harder to catch his breath and cool himself down. He then began to trot the other direction, looking over his shoulders occasionally to look at Nesoi.

The female stopped dead in her tracks. "Dang it, you got me!"she said, with excitement. She was warming up to Mikol and her true personality was starting to come out. She stopped to catch her breath as well, as this was the most running she has done in a while.

Mikol was way ahead of her now and it would take the female forever to catch up. So, she decided to do something on the dirty side. Nesoi would see if he was going to fall for her tricks. She thought she would try it though. "Okay Mikol, I'm too tired to chase you, I give in." she said, with her normal tone and with a straight look on her face. No one knows it but, Nesoi loved to play tricks on other wolves. Only if she felt comfortable around them, then she played them. Now, Nesoi must wait and see what he does.

Just as Mikol began trotting away from Nesoi, he stopped to catch his breath and listen to what she said. She shouted out to him saying she was tired and gave in. He chuckled and began to walk back towards her slowly. "Had enough running for the day, then?" he shouted to her with a smirk.
